That's a good interview. Rolf seems to be a genuine person, not hiding behind layers. 20 million customers is an impressive figure.
The //CRASH building looks great, the place where going to work is like going to an upmarket home; but '//CRASH'! That's the last thing I'd want a program or company to do. Who chose that name?
This beautiful building houses two companies: Clever Reach (CR) and Ashampoo (ASH). Luckily, the name in no way relates to our software! :)
I trust your software 100% to do what it says it will do
i love Ashampoo i own every program and keep them updated. i have been customer since they started the company. i moved several times over the years with different emails, but i kept up with Ashampoo. they have awesome service and great tech support and customer service who are very helpful. the programs work better than others. i had system suite, winpatrol, and fix-it, but Ashampoo winoptimizer blew all of them out of the water. i do not look anywhere now except at Ashampoo, because i know the software is of quality and always does what it says it will do. i tell everyone i know about the great company and software and converted many to Ashampoo software. thanks for your many years of great software and happy 20

I have promoted your software to anyone who needed a software solution over the years.
I would also like to take this opportunity to send a shout out to Customer Service and how very patient they have been with me especially in the last two years when I have experienced several computer issues that caused me to have to reinstall programs several times and the need to have licensees reinstated over and over!
I also appreciate the rewards program "Yiggles" which has allowed me to get several programs.
